New Plugin Idea — Mingle PtP — Thoughts?
I’ve been debating on doing this for a while but I think I’m going to create a New WordPress Plugin called Mingle PtP (Posts to Profile). Basically it will show three new Mingle profile info tabs for each user — showing what Blog posts they’ve commented on, posts they’ve authored, and blog posts they’ve marked as “Favorites”.
Any interest out there for something like this? If so, any other ideas to spice it up a little bit?

I am interested in this…It sounds similar to Facebook and makes it easier to keep track of your posts and replies to them…Great idea..!

This sounds like a fantastic plan! I really like the idea of having all of the profile info in one place.
Perhaps you can pare it to one tab. Just something like “Posts” and have it show favorites, comments, AND authorship in one place. I don’t know if 3 tabs are needed.
The problem with one tab is that eventually as sites grow these lists can get really long, so separate tabs would really help to ease that issue a bit!

Tools like this to increase connectivity with users is always a favourite with me. I will definitely use it on my sites when it is released
