Submit new topic leads to 404 error

Normal topicSubmit new topic leads to 404 error

when i click "submit" to add a new topic it goes to "http://le-ona.com/wp-content/plugins/mingle-forum/wpf-insert.php" but it says "the requested page was not found" even if the above path to wpf-insert.php is correct

Using wp 3.0.2 whit buddypress 1.2.6

Check your permissions on the folders and files leading to the wpf.class.php file.

Im having the same problem. ive changed file permissions to 777 on the wpf.inserts.php & the wpf.class.php but i still get the error.

any help would be great.
