Plugin is there, but forum doesnt show

The plugin is installed, I can see the options to edit in the dashboard. However, on the page itself, I don't see the forum, but the [mingleforum] code.

Any idea how to fix this? If anyone has an answer, please explain as less technical as possible. :-) Thanks so much!

As a first step is good to see this tutorial.
I want to know whether all the steps in this tutorial do ?

If all do well in this lesson will find the source of the problem.
From what I can see that page you sent me no short code in it and she is not a simple page.

Thanks so much, ddart, but as I told you it could happen, they let the domain expire and the website is down. Thanks so much for your time, though. :-)
