No "new topic link displayed

I just set up a forum and for the life of me, I can't find a link/button to post a new topic. Also, the words "Forum HomeMy Profile" are all run together instead of being clearly separate links.

I have set up guest posting privileges so you can see for yourself. http://occupynatick.org/forum

Here's what I see when I enter one of the forum topics and try to post. Nothing there to make that possible.

I read an older post about this issue, and I tried turning on and off the SEO feature (no change) and I made sure my permalinks ended properly. Don't know what else to try.

Thank you, ArtofPic. That helped a lot. Now I have it working properly. And I was even able to fix (CSS) some of the headings that didn't have adequate padding. Now things look better to me.
