Hi every one ,
I've given the task of adding certain fields such as Skill set in sign up page.
But this can be done in the Word press Admin section by adding custom fields.
I need to make this field to be entered mandatorily in sign-up page while any one try to sign-up

You might look into the Mingle plugin by Blair williams the Register Plus Redeux plugin.

The Custom fields in Mingle plugin don't show up on the user's profile page. Which makes them kinda useless!
