File Permissions Help

When uploading to my server, all files get set to 644.

I have manuaully changed wpf-insert.php to 777, and done the same with the skins folder.

I still however have issues when trying to post a new topic, I think some over files may need different chmod settings, does anyone, or can anyone list file names and their permissions?

My issue seems it is not anything to do with file permissions after all, as I just installed a vanilla WP and had it working.

It instead seems its something to do with the theme I am using, so will now attempt to manually go through all Mingle files and see if I can find a resolution.
