Hi,

I have enabled Email notifications to all members for every new topic in Mingle Forums. You can very easily integrate into your forums as well in few minutes.

The above suggestion isn't valid for version 1.0.33.2 as the native code is no longer the same.

Right now you can "Subscribe" at the top of a topic when viewing it. Or you can "Subscribe" to an entire forum at the top when viewing a forum.
