Normal topicAnother one with a skin issue.....

I seem to have encountered the same issue as others I have seen post to the forum, but no real solutions have been offered that I have seen- other than watch the video, don't have an extra/duplicate file.....

I downloaded the Mingle forum fine, and set the options. Now, I want to incorporate a red skin. I've attempted this numerous times and cannot see it on the dashboard. I filed it in the file sequence Mingle had suggested and I do not have duplicate folders:

wp-content\mingle-forum-skins\mfred; and contained in it are an images folder, screenred, screenshot, and style. I'm assuming that's what is to be there (?).

I have also attempted this with ddart (red) with zero luck.

Then after going to the dashboard to activate it, the only skin showing is the default blue one.

Can someone provide some guidance, as I have literally spent hours on simply trying to change the forum color from blue to red. And sadly, if this gets to the point where I can't get it to work, I will have to cease spending time with the Mingle forum, and seek another- which I prefer not to do.

Possibly I didn't do something very simple, I don't know. As a preface any replies, I do not 'know coding,' so if the fix involves this, the response would need to be very specific.

Thanks- Dee
