The theme can work with mod without it! In an update of plugin skin will continue to work. With the availability of new mod, skin will still return appearance.

Details:

The skin references

DDart_Universal_style_Dark/images/post/xx.gif

as an icon for posts. The engine returns,

File cannot be found on the server / The file you are looking for does not exist: 404

Upon investigation, one will see that

DDart_Universal_style_Dark/images/post/xx.png

Exists.

FIX:

Rename

DDart_Universal_style_Dark/images/post/xx.gif

to

DDart_Universal_style_Dark/images/post/xx.png

OR

Change "post icon" reference in config files.

Love your theme, but I feel missing two things, there is no preview post button and month name are displayed only in english.

Following you will find screenshots

First, month stay in english even if everything is translated to french.

And for post preview, it's also true on this forum, you have only option to submit a post, not previewing prior to submit.

In addition, we have issue with icons showing new post, but no new are really available, not sure it's about theme or mingle forum plugin.

The problem is not in the skin and that in most WP themes table is set by default, but sometimes the problem comes from a plugin. So I would need a link to your forum and tell you where to edit. You should not add classes but rather to eliminate some classes from css of the theme or any other plugin.
