Please can someone tell me how to remove the WP Dashboard bar @ the top of the screen when users are logged in?

Hello!

If you mean the WordPress toolbar in the frontend, try this tiny code:

show_admin_bar(false);

You have to insert this code into your functions.php file of your WordPress-Theme (not Mingle-Forum Skin!). Save and upload, you´re done. After reloading your Page, the toolbar should be gone.

You can also try searching the plugins repository at Wordpress for "admin bar" - there are a number of them that will allow you to remove it.

Also, themes from WooThemes have this built into the Fraework Settings page.
