weight loss chart plugin

I am looking for a weight chart plugin that would work with the forum. Many of my members put a http://www.lilyslim.com/ lilyslim chart in their signature.
I would love to be able to incorporate this into their profile on my site, so they can type in their start weight, diet start date, and their progress over time, so they get a chart something like the ones you see on lilyslim, on their posts. But also so they can see it on their own profile.

I believe that nothing like this exists right now.
Anybody know what something like that would cost to program?
