Hello I am looking to use a forum to set some questions / discussions going within a tighly controlled community. so I need the following:

Invitation only / approval before access
Only I can start new topics
responders can select private or public response to posts i.e. they can respond privatley to the adminstrator if they wish.

can this systme do that or any of that.
