I switched from mingle to wp symposium and some of the forums smileys are not working properly. Any suggestions?

Yours is better and what is happening on the new topic page the smilies are showing up with the text around them and there for not working. But not all them are that way. strange.

If it's a MF issue then I can but if it's a Symposium issue than I cannot. I don't have the time right now to look at another developers problems :D

Can you send a pic? I'm not sure what you mean. The smilies seem to work fine here. If you're talking about actually writing the post then that is not possible to have them show up as non-text w/out some kind of WYSIWYG editor.

Looks like you need to update your skin. The forms changed a bit in 1.0.28 I believe.
